English and Greek. Simultaneous translation will be provided in the plenary sessions and certain parallel panels.
Registration
Applications to attend the Symposium should be made by completing the online Registration Form.
Registrations will be regarded as final only after the Registration Form and fees have been received by the Secretariat.

The registration fees cover:

• Attendance of the scientific program
• Printed material of the Symposium
• Certificate of Attendance

Method of payment
The following items must be paid when applying for participation

A copy of the bank’s document, clearly stating the name and the address of the sender must be sent to the Secretariat together with the Registration Form.

Notes:

• Please follow carefully the above instructions. Bank transfers wrongly addressed will not be accepted.
• All bank charges, including those of the Greek and/or other intermediary banks, must be borne by the registrant and not by the beneficiary.
• Personal cheques will not be honored.

Confirmation of registration
A confirmation email will be sent to those who have forwarded their Registration Form and proof of payment. Receipts will be given to participants at registration time.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Administrative Secretariat. Refunds will be made according to the date of notification of cancellation, as follows:

Refunds will be made after the end of the Symposium. Bank charges will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Registration – On site Secretariat
Registered participants will receive the Symposium’s printed material on Thursday 27 August 2026, 14.00 hrs. onwards, from the Secretariat (which will then be operating during the Symposium’s working hours). New registrations will be made as long as there are vacancies.

Social Events
Thursday, 27 August
After the end of the first day’s program, a welcome reception will follow.

Saturday 29 August
Gala dinner with music and dancing. Cost per person: 60 Euros.
